Trying out the manual mode, using the Understanding Exposure book as a reference. This is a very shady tree, and I wanted natural lighting. I only adjusted the sharpness in PSE4. CC Welcome.
This is my daughter climbing a tree in our yard. I like the casual look she has, not posing or looking directly at the camera.

it pulls at my mom heartstrings.. something about it is very moving to me.
