It was the right thing to do. I left the meeting feeling better. Asking for help isn't such a bad think after all.

It has been exactly a week. Last Wednesday, I had a meeting with my assistant principal. I was asking for help. I can't say anything about the why or what. But I can say, it was very hard for me to do this. I like to be seen as capable, an asking for help means I am not capable.

It is hard to ask for help sometimes, and then when you do the relief is amazing.
Sorry you were so uncomfortable asking for help, but it is a vulnerable feeling. Glad it worked out!
